Effective January 1st 2021 the government of Antigua & Barbuda requires the collection and payment of an Antigua & Barbuda Sales Tax (ABST) of 17% which includes an accommodation tax of 13.5% and a Tourism Accommodation Levy of 3.5% and a nightly tourism levy of US$5 per person/per night on accommodations over US$150 per night or US$3 on accommodations below US$150.

Prices quoted are for standard occupancy (2 people in studio & 1 Bedroom; 4 in 2 bedroom), there is an additional charge of US$30 per day or US$180 per week per person for additional guests |

All reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation with the balance due ten weeks before check-in. Payment in full is required for all bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival |

A major credit card or US$300 is required as a security deposit with all rentals at check-in |
|
|
Cancellations must be received 10 weeks prior to arrival date for return of the deposit |
|
|
All accommodations are non-smoking & self-catering (there is no room service or restaurant on the premises, but there are many nearby & 2 only a short walk down the beach) |

|
Weekly maid service is included (daily or twice weekly service is available at additional cost) |

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets |
