All reservations require
20% down to confirm a reservation with the balance due at check-in |

A major credit card or
US$300 is required as a security deposit with all rentals at check-in |

Cancellations must be
received 21 calendar days or more prior to check-in for full refund of your deposit
& 15-20 calendar days for 50% refund - no refunds if cancelled within 14
days |

All accommodations are non-smoking &
self-catering (there is no room service or restaurant on the premises, but
there are many nearby & 2 only a short walk
down the beach) |

Weekly maid service is
included (daily or twice weekly service is available at
additional cost)
