There is a one-time US$30 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights |

Prices quoted are for standard occupancy (2 people in studio & 1 Bedroom; 4 in 2 bedroom), there is an additional charge of US$30 per day or US$180 per week per person for additional guests |

All reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation with the balance due ten weeks before check-in. Payment in full is required for all bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival |

A major credit card or US$300 is required as a security deposit with all rentals at check-in |
|
|
Cancellations must be received 10 weeks prior to arrival date for return of the deposit |
|
|
All accommodations are non-smoking & self-catering (there is no room service or restaurant on the premises, but there are many nearby & 2 only a short walk down the beach) |

|
Weekly maid service is included (daily or twice weekly service is available at additional cost) |

|
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets |
